What you will be doing:
- Preparing and decorating cakes, tortes, and desserts - so that they delight both in taste and appearance
- Ensuring that every product leaving the workshop is of the highest quality
- Creating new recipes and seasonal desserts that will surprise our Guests
- Collaborating with the kitchen on arranging the sweet part of the menu
- Ordering necessary products and controlling inventory levels
- Managing raw materials sensibly to prevent waste
- Working according to hygiene rules and HACCP standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and good organization of the workstation
