What you will be doing

Welcoming guests before entering the restaurant and building a friendly atmosphere from the very first contact
Showing guests to their place/table
Managing restaurant reservations
Verifying breakfast and dinner lists
Informing about current promotions and special offers
Active selling of additional services (e.g., tasting menus, packages, extended stays)
Collaboration with the waitstaff team and ensuring smooth service flow
