Floor Service Inspector

Scope of responsibilities

Maintaining cleanliness in rooms as well as in the common areas of the facility (conference rooms, restaurants, bars, lobbies, corridors, SPA)
Organization (including scheduling), supervision and coordination of the work of housekeepers
Ensuring adequate stock of cleaning supplies and bed linen
Reporting damages and defects for repair or replacement
Close cooperation with reception and the technical department regarding ongoing room equipment inspection and fault reporting
Prompt response to guest complaints and comments and resolving any issues to maintain services at the highest level

You have experience in a similar position or experience working in housekeeping
You are distinguished by high personal culture, pleasant appearance, and commitment to your duties
You easily establish contacts with people
You enjoy teamwork and possess the ability to motivate staff
You speak English and/or German enabling communication
You have good physical fitness
