- Ensuring high standards of guest service • recruitment and training of staff
- Motivating and supervising the team of employees

- Effective management of inventory levels
- Adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and food safety

- You have at least 2 years of experience in managing a restaurant or food and beverage department
- You have the ability to effectively manage a team in a dynamic environment
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with hotel guests and staff
