- Planning, task allocation, and monitoring the completion of daily tasks of subordinate staff during the shift,
- Identifying hotel guests' needs and being open to fulfilling them,
- Ensuring the highest level of services provided by the department in accordance with Hotel standards,
- Closing and settling shifts of subordinate staff.
And at the same time meet the requirements:
- You have experience in a similar position,
- You possess interpersonal, organizational skills, and the ability to plan well,
- You know English at a communicative level,
- Establishing contacts is not a problem for you,
- You are open to changes.
