MANAGER

If you want to be responsible for:

• Organizing work and managing the team under your supervision
• Development of the supervised team – conducting training and ongoing instruction
• Organizing and supervising the buffet or a la carte restaurant and banquets
• Caring for high guest service standards and building a positive image of the hotel
• Reporting and accounting
• Achieving set goals

And you meet the following requirements:

• You have experience in a similar position (min. 3 years)
• Hospitality and gastronomy are your passion
• You can very well organize your own work and that of the team
• You know how to and enjoy making contact and having a casual conversation with guests
• You are distinguished by high personal culture and focus on providing services at the highest level
• You know English/German at a level enabling communication
