- Participation in building the sales strategy of the MICE department
- Active acquisition of new clients for the Hotel
- Sales of hotel and conference services of the Crystal Mountain 5* hotel
We expect candidates to
- Experience in working with customers
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Ease in establishing contacts and building long-term relationships with clients
- Active listening skills and searching for alternative solutions
- Basic MS Office package skills
- Experience working in a hotel is welcome
