If you want to be responsible for:

•Performing tasks related to the technical maintenance of the Hotel, especially conservation, repair, and improvement works, as well as preventive measures and cost reduction of the facility
Carrying out general construction, repair, and improvement works
Performing preventive tasks according to the schedule of technical inspections
Eliminating current defects
Working in accordance with health and safety regulations and construction standards
Proposing solutions to reduce costs and optimize media consumption

And at the same time you meet the requirements:

•Vocational or technical secondary education
Several years of experience in a similar position
Leading specialization in the general construction industry in finishing specialization: Mason, Plasterer, Painter
Experience working in a large accommodation facility will be an additional advantage
Computer skills and knowledge of programs will be an additional advantage
Category B driving license
Willingness to work in a balanced working time system
