Our activity offer includes proposals tailored to different needs and skill levels – from recreational electric bike trips, through Nordic walking with views of the Beskid landscapes, to swimming lessons led by experienced instructors. For those who value wellness, we have also prepared additional sauna sessions that support regeneration and improve well-being after physical exertion. All of this is set in the mountain nature and with the professional facilities of a five-star hotel.

Electric bike trip with a guide

Bicycle tours organized by Crystal Mountain are an offer for those who want to actively discover the charms of the Silesian Beskids in comfortable conditions. The routes have been carefully selected to combine scenic values with a moderate level of difficulty. Thanks to the use of electric bikes, participation in the trip is also possible for people with less experience or lower physical fitness. Each participant receives a high-quality electric bike, a protective helmet, and support from an experienced guide. Tours take place on Saturdays at 11:00 AM and last about 3.5–4 hours. The minimum age of participants is 12 years, and the cost is 200 PLN per person. Registrations are handled by the aquapark reception until Friday at 6:00 PM; classes are held for groups of at least 5 people.

Mountain hikes with a guide – active walk with a view

We invite you for hiking trips along the Beskid trails accompanied by a licensed guide. This is an offer for those who want to combine physical activity with getting to know nature and local culture. The routes have a moderate level of difficulty and are adapted to the capabilities of most participants. Trips are organized every Saturday at 11:00 AM. The participation fee is 50 PLN per person. Registrations are accepted until Friday at 6:00 PM.

Sauna evenings – regeneration in the rhythm of aromatherapy

On Wednesday and Saturday evenings, we invite you to participate in sauna sessions led by a professional sauna master. It is an intensive form of relaxation based on the combination of aromatherapy, music, and heat, which supports the body's regeneration after a day full of activity. Sessions start at 9:00 PM and last about 2 hours. The participation fee is 100 PLN per person. Due to limited availability, please book in advance.

Electric bike trip

During Saturday electric bike tours, we discover less obvious but exceptionally picturesque corners of the Silesian Beskids. Thanks to the support of the electric motor, the route is also accessible to people without experience in mountain terrain riding. Participants move in a small group under the guidance of a leader, which guarantees safety and comfort. We have provided high-quality equipment – each participant receives a fully functional bike and a helmet. The tour starts at 11:00 AM and lasts about four hours. The number of places is limited – registration must be made at the aquapark reception by Friday at 6:00 PM. The minimum age of participants is 12 years. The tour price is 200 PLN per person.

Hiking trip
with a guide

A guided tour is a great opportunity to explore the Silesian Beskids from the perspective of a local expert. The route goes through mountain trails that not only captivate with their scenery but also allow you to discover lesser-known stories of the region. The guide talks about the nature, traditions, and culture of the place, combining the hike with educational elements. The trip has a moderate difficulty level and is suitable for people of different ages and fitness levels. The start is planned for Saturday at 11:00 AM, and the participation cost is 50 PLN. Registration at the aquapark reception is required – no later than Friday at 6:00 PM.

Sauna evenings

Sauna evenings at Crystal Mountain are a two-hour relaxation ritual led by an experienced sauna master. The program includes sessions using natural essential oils, a full body scrub, and time to regenerate in the relaxation zone. Participants can expect a light snack and refreshing lemonade served between sauna sessions. Meetings take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:00 PM and are intimate in nature. This is an ideal offer for those who want to consciously take care of their body and well-being after an active day. The participation fee is 100 PLN per person. Due to limited availability, advance registration at the aquapark reception is required.

Swimming lessons

Swimming lessons at Crystal Mountain are offered to people of all ages who want to improve their technique or start learning from scratch. Classes are conducted by qualified instructors who adjust the pace and scope of exercises to the participants' level. Both individual and group lessons are available – the latter are held with a minimum of three people. Learning takes place in the comfortable conditions of the hotel pool, in a safe and concentration-friendly environment. Nordic Walking

Guests of Crystal Mountain can take advantage of the opportunity to rent Nordic walking poles to actively spend time on mountain trails. It is an excellent form of exercise engaging the whole body, suitable for both beginners and more advanced users. The poles are available in various sizes, allowing the equipment to be matched to the user’s height and preferences. The equipment is rented for the entire day – from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The rental cost is 50 PLN per person per day. Poles can be picked up and returned directly at the aquapark reception.
