Scope of responsibilities
- Welcoming hotel guests
- Ensuring safety and luggage protection (including transporting luggage to rooms)
- Coordinating vehicle movement in the parking lot, garage (as well as escorting guests' cars to the parking area)
- Maintaining cleanliness in front of the hotel according to the standard
- Supporting other hotel departments to ensure the best possible guest service
Requirements
- Knowledge of English/German (preferable)
- You are very well organized
- You can work under time pressure and solve unconventional tasks
- You are engaged and responsible at work
- You are characterized by communicativeness and openness to the guest and their needs
- You stand out with high personal culture
