Outdoor pool
The place that will allow you to take you to an even higher level of holiday relaxation is undoubtedly the external part of the swimming pool, which consists of a heated Infinity Pool with a unique mountain view and six bathtubs with jacuzzi. Unhampered relaxation in the water in the fresh air, among the rustle of trees and singing birds, awaits right outside the door of the Blue Lagoon, leading to the terrace. This place will also be loved by lovers of blissful lounging in the sun, thanks to numerous, very comfortable sun loungers.
Aquapark for adults
And during this time, parents can be right next to them, watching this madness from the level of a comfortable deckchair right by the edge of the pool, use the bathtub with a jacuzzi or go to the pool area intended only for adults.
To make relaxation more pleasant, we use chlorine-free water disinfection, which will certainly please people sensitive to the specific smell of chlorine. Our swimming pools are completely devoid of it, which significantly affects the well-being.
Aquapark for the youngest
Water madness is the favorite entertainment of almost everyone - both smaller and larger guests of our hotel. The available attractions have been prepared in such a way that even children from the youngest age group can find a safe space for great fun in dedicated, appropriately shallow paddling pools, among many toys that make their time in the water pleasant. After that, when the rest of the family is still splashing in the water, a special place to relax and a dry playground await the little ones.
For slightly older, more independent adventurers, the beloved slides will surely bring a lot of joy. They will also enthusiastically play the role of the captains of the yellow submarine, which is the focal point of the children's zone, and it is here that the layers of their fantasy can soar high above the waves.

When planning a mountain holiday with children, it is worth choosing a place that offers attractions for the youngest regardless of the weather. At Hotel Crystal Mountain, children will find a Kids Club with an area of over 320 m² – one of the largest hotel playrooms in Poland. The area includes, among others, a monkey gym, slides, trampolines, toys, games, and creative play zones adjusted to different age groups. This is a place where children can spend time actively, make new friends, and enjoy numerous attractions specially designed for family holidays in the mountains.

Guided Hiking Tour
The route goes through Beskid trails with a moderate level of difficulty. The guide talks about the nature, culture, and history of the region. The tour lasts about 3.5–4 hours. Cost: 50 PLN / person Registration: at the Aquapark reception desk by Friday, until 6:00 PM.
Electric Bike Tour
Participants move in a small group under the supervision of a guide. Each participant receives an electric bike and a helmet. The route is also suitable for people without mountain biking experience. Duration: about 4 hours
Cost: 200 PLN / person. Minimum participant age: 12 years
Registration: at the Aquapark reception desk by Friday, until 6:00 PM
Hotel for families with children of all ages! Game Room is the perfect option for teenagers.
For older children and teenagers, a multimedia room with access to XBOX and PS5 consoles, i.e. Game Room, may be a way to deal with the holiday bad weather. This is where they can sit back, move to any virtual world and play their favorite game. Perfect entertainment guaranteed!
Fun Zone
Fun Zone is a place for everyone who loves having fun. Here they will find plenty of gaming equipment such as table football, air hockey, billiards and a wide range of arcade games.
Animations for children and adults
A number of holiday attractions offered by Crystal Mountain are perfectly complemented by activities with animators, dedicated to different age groups. The animations are conducted by fun experts and real wizards who, as if by the touch of a magic wand, turn the toddlers' worse moods into loud laughs.
