We warmly invite you to the exceptional September edition of the wellness event, which this year is combined with the international World Wellness Weekend initiative. It is a unique opportunity to take care of your health, body, and mind in a luxurious setting while enjoying special activities prepared especially for this edition. The program includes, among others, fencing workshops led by an Olympic medalist, yo-yo workshops that develop coordination and concentration, and Pilates, which will strengthen the body and bring relaxation. The event will be complemented by inspiring sessions and meetings, through which participants will discover new ways of consciously caring for their health and implementing lasting, positive changes in daily life. The September wellness weekend is an offer for those who wish to invest in themselves and expand their knowledge in a unique atmosphere. The number of places is limited.

Fencing workshop with Martyna Swatowska-Wenglarczyk

A meeting with an Olympic medalist that combines training basic fencing techniques with the opportunity to talk about high-level sports. Participants will be able to try their hand at fencing bouts, learn the rules of this spectacular sport, and take a commemorative photo with an Olympic medal.

Yo-yo workshops

Jojo Workshops with Grzegorz Wójcik

Classes led by the Polish and European champion in this unique discipline. The workshops will show that jojo is not only a children's game but also a sport requiring dexterity and coordination. The attraction is prepared for both younger and adult guests, and the equipment will be provided.

Workshops will take place on Saturday, 20.09 at 11:00 and 12:00.
Prior registration is required, places are limited.

Pilates & Breath

Pilates & Breath with Barbara Skurczyńska

A mindful movement workshop combining Pilates exercises with breathing techniques. The sessions will focus on reducing tension, improving posture, and strengthening the body through mindful, calm training. It will be a great option for those who want to relax and take care of the balance between body and mind.

Workshops will take place on Saturday, 20.09 at 17:30 and 18:30.
Workshops for ages 16+. Prior reservation required, limited number of places.

The hotel has parking spaces in an underground garage. Number of places is limited, therefore advance booking is required. Parking spaces are payable additionally 60 PLN/night Tourist fee PLN 2,5 / night for person. Tourist fee is not included in the offer price. Payment on the spot, cash only.
