§1 General Provisions

1. The organizer of the contest (hereinafter: "Contest") is Wisła Mountain Resort Operator limited partnership with its registered office in Warsaw (00-023), at Widok 8 Street, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000678720, maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (hereinafter: "Organizer").

2. The Contest is conducted via the official Facebook profile Crystal Mountain Wisła, available at: www.facebook.com/crystalmountainwisla.

3. The Contest is in no way sponsored, supported, managed, or associated with the Facebook service. Facebook is not responsible for any actions related to the organization and course of the Contest.

4. These rules define the principles, scope, and conditions of participation in the Contest.

5. The Contest lasts from June 17, 2025, to July 6, 2025, until 23:59.

6. Announcement of the Contest results and information about the winner will be published by July 11, 2025.

7. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge. Employees of the Organizer and their close relatives, in particular spouses, children, siblings, and persons living in the same household, may not participate in the Contest.

§2 Conditions of Participation

1. Only natural persons residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland, who are at least 18 years old and have an active Facebook account, may participate in the Contest.

2. Participation in the Contest is only possible personally – submissions on behalf of third parties are not allowed.

3. The participant must:

Download the Crystal Stay mobile application.

Make a non-refundable reservation through the Crystal Stay application during the Contest and pay for it.

In the "reservation remarks" field, enter the word "CONTEST" and your answer to the contest question.

Publish the same answer as a comment under the contest post.

The first and last name of the person making the reservation must match the name on the Facebook profile from which the contest comment was published.

4. The participant agrees to the publication of their first and last name (or profile name) in the event of winning.

§3 Rules and Course of the Contest

1. The contest task is to answer the question: "What can't you imagine your vacation without?"

2. The answer should be placed as a comment under the contest post on the Crystal Mountain Wisła profile and entered (together with the word "CONTEST") in the reservation remarks field made in the application.

3. Incomplete submissions or those not meeting any of the participation conditions will not be considered.

4. The answers will be evaluated by the Contest Committee composed of representatives of the Organizer. One Winner will be selected.

5. Evaluation criteria: creativity, originality, and compliance with the task's theme.

6. The winner will be announced on July 11, 2025, in a comment under the contest post.

§4 Prize

1. The prize is a 5-day family stay at Hotel Crystal Mountain in Wisła, for up to 2 adults and 2 children, with full board (HB) and access to the wellness area.

2. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

3. The prize is non-transferable to a third party.

4. The stay must be completed by June 30, 2026, excluding holiday periods, long weekends, and New Year's Eve.

5. Details of prize fulfillment will be agreed upon individually with the Winner after the announcement of results.

§5 Liability and Exclusions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the Rules or social coexistence principles from the Contest.

2. Participants publishing illegal, infringing on personal rights, or vulgar content will be removed from the Contest.

3. Failure to fulfill obligations (e.g., incorrect or inconsistent data) may result in losing the right to the prize.

§6 Personal Data Processing

1. Participants' personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of organizing the Contest, in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.

2. The data controller is the Organizer – Wisła Mountain Resort Operator sp. z o.o. sp.k.

3. Each Participant has the right to access their data, correct it, request its deletion or processing restriction.

§7 Final Provisions

1. These rules are available on the website www.crystal-mountain.pl and at the Organizer's headquarters.

2. Participation in the Contest signifies acceptance of these Rules.

3. Matters not regulated by the Rules are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.

4. The prize is exempt from income tax based on art. 21 sec. 1 point 68a of the Personal Income Tax Act.
