Terms and Conditions of the promotional campaign "Extend your stay with flavor"
§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The organizer of the promotional campaign "Extend your stay with taste" is Hotel Crystal Mountain, located at Bukowa 19a, 43-460 Wisła.
1.2. The promotional campaign "Extend your stay with taste" is valid from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, excluding high seasons (winter holidays, summer holidays), long weekends, and holidays. The promotion applies to hotel guests who have booked a table at the Crystal Restaurant or Lobby Bar, located at Bukowa 19a, 43-460 Wisła.
1.3. Table reservations can be made on-site, directly at the restaurant, or by phone at: 33 443 48 64.
§ 2. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND RULES FOR EXTENDING THE HOTEL STAY
2.1. The "Extend your stay with taste" promotion is available only for hotel guests with an active room reservation on the day of the promotion.
2.2. Extending the hotel stay until 4:00 PM is possible only upon meeting two conditions:
a) Making a table reservation at Crystal Restaurant/Lobby Bar between 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
b) Availability of the room for extension on the given day.
2.3. The number of tables available for reservation under the promotion is limited. Extending the hotel stay depends on room availability on the given day.
2.4. Hotel Crystal Mountain in Wisła is not responsible for the unavailability of tables or rooms under the promotion caused by reasons beyond the organizer's control.
2.5. The promotion lapses if a guest reserved a table but did not appear at the agreed time.
2.6. Table reservations can be made until 10:00 PM on the day preceding the desired extension day, or on the day itself until 11:00 AM after prior confirmation of room extension availability at the reception.
2.7. The hotel stay extension under the campaign is possible only until 4:00 PM on the day of the promotion.
2.8. Along with the extension of the hotel stay, the parking space used by the hotel guest is also extended.
2.9. After obtaining the hotel stay extension, guests are required to report to the reception to extend the validity of their room key card.
2.10. The minimum order amount at Crystal Restaurant/Lobby Bar is 150 PLN. Guests are required to present a receipt from Crystal Restaurant/Lobby Bar or settle the bill charged to the room to benefit from the free hotel stay extension. If no receipt is presented or the bill charged to the room is not settled, a fee of 350 PLN for the hotel stay extension will be added to the hotel invoice.
2.11. The promotional campaign cannot be combined with other hotel offers or discounts.
2.12. Meal bills must be paid in full to benefit from the promotion.
2.13. The promotion does not include discount vouchers, gift cards, or other discounts that could reduce the bill value.
§ 3. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
3.1. Hotel Crystal Mountain in Wisła reserves the right to refuse an extension of the hotel stay in case of room unavailability.
3.2. Guests may opt out of the promotion; however, in such case, they lose the right to extend their hotel stay.
3.3. Cancellation of table reservations should be made by phone no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date.
3.4. Hotel Crystal Mountain in Wisła reserves the right to cancel or change the promotional campaign conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of changes, guests who have already used the promotion retain their rights.
§ 4. PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
4.1. As part of the "Extend your stay with taste" promotion, Hotel Crystal Mountain processes personal data of guests in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).
4.2. Personal data is processed solely for purposes related to the promotion. Guests have the right to access their data, correct it, and request its deletion in accordance with applicable law.
§ 5. GUEST AND ORGANIZER OBLIGATIONS
5.1. Guests using the promotion are obliged to comply with the hotel regulations and the Crystal Restaurant regulations.
5.2. Failure to comply with the regulations may result in exclusion from the promotion and charging of standard fees for extension of the hotel stay.
5.3. Hotel Crystal Mountain in Wisła is not responsible for problems arising from reasons beyond the organizer's control, such as technical failures, force majeure, etc.
5.4. Hotel Crystal Mountain in Wisła reserves the right to cancel or change the promotion conditions if circumstances prevent its implementation. In such cases, guests who have already used the promotion retain their rights.
§ 6. COMPLAINTS
6.1. All complaints related to the promotion should be submitted in writing to the hotel reception within 7 days from the date of using the promotion.
§ 7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. This regulation constitutes an integral part of the general regulations of Hotel Crystal Mountain in Wisła.
7.2. Guests using the "Extend your stay with taste" promotion accept the terms of these regulations.
7.3. All issues not regulated in these regulations are subject to the provisions of the general regulations of Hotel Crystal Mountain in Wisła.
7.4. Any disputes arising from these regulations will be settled according to Polish law by the competent common court.
