Scope of duties
- Supervision and control over the timely production of confectionery products in accordance with quantity and quality requirements
- Managing and developing the subordinate team (task assignment, training, and control, etc.)
- Developing recipes and analyzing Food Cost
- Product aesthetics and ensuring their highest quality
- Conducting rational raw material management
- Maintaining order in the workplace and complying with BHP and HACCP regulations
- Preparing orders and cooperating with suppliers
Requirements
- You have experience working in the aforementioned position
- Relevant education in gastronomy
- Pastry making is your passion (innovation and creativity in the kitchen are close to you)
- You can effectively manage and develop your team and build a friendly atmosphere
- You have practical knowledge of preparing calculations, cost control, and Food Cost indicator
- You are characterized by good work organization and independence. You are open to shift work during peak periods
